I want to make some discs for frags out of some extra argonite sand I have laying around. I want to make about 2" flat discs that are ~0.25" thick. What should I mix with the sand to make the discs out of? I was thinking epoxy since it dries relatively slow, so I can handle the "batter", and it's reef safe. What's your plug recipe? Mine would go something like this:

Mix sand and epoxy together (maybe ~2:1 ratio)
Pour batter into 2" PVC ring on a non-stick cookie sheet to shape, then remove the ring.
Sprinkle a little dry sand on top for a natural look.
Dry outside in the hot arse NC sun.
Rinse and use.

Use a pH neutral cement like Thorite. It should be available from your local cement mixing company. Make your aragacrete like you normally would then substituting Thorite cement for your regular cement.
