I love that pakistani butterfly is named Apu :)

No issues with the butterflies and the corals?

Thank you. :D

Minimal issues sfsu...they just don't extend their polpys as much. Zoos are another matter. You might notice they eat all the skirts. :D

Nice tank, Deb. I am sure you can do a better job on the teardrop maximum there, but the rest of the pics are very good!

Very cool. I'm thinking about setting up a butterfly tank. Do you have to worry a lot about aggression?

No, they seem to mix and match very well, and are really very peaceful fish - part of their appeal for me. :D

I didn't think anyone other than the Monterey Bay aquarium could keep an Irish Moodle alive in captivity.

Awesome. I really liked the movie.

I was planning on putting an Idol in my 300G years ago but changed my mind. Seeing yours has me thinking again. Beautiful fish.

No, it happens. It's just that not enough of them survive to warrant their further collection and importation. Just like parrot fish, beaked leatherjackets, etc.

Good point.

One of the things I should have elaborated on (and will see if I can still do) is that Moo was adopted from a fellow reefer (SamW) when she outgrew his tank. So she was already very healthy and the true credit belongs there. Between the two of us, Moo is almost 3.5 years in captivity. :D

Louey, a 300g reef would be awesome for a MI, and if I were you, I'd start maybe checking out possible adoptees for when you are ready. If you have any questions about her feel free to PM me.
