My yellow watchman has been a little lethargic since i have been back from my weekend trip and last night I noticed he has 2 yellow blister/pus growing on his lips. (Circled by red in the picture) I am not sure what this is. My first guess is Ich but he only has two unlike sprinkled salt symtoms I have seen on other forums. He is still eating but not as aggressive as before and I haven't seen him rub it against anything yet.
I have 2 other clown fish in the same tank who appears fine for now. My question is what is this and how can I treat it. Also should I quarentinee him immediately? Its gonna be hard because he has dug himself a nice hole to hide in.
