I'm not trying to be a flamer. I had a sebae anemone that I didn't provide enough light to in my first salt water aquarium, and it went to the front of the tank as well, but it eventually died. So it was just something that I thought I would check on when you asked. The tank I have now is 100x as much wattage.
110W might be enough depending on the depth and size of your aquarium, but if it is growing and it's color is coming back, then that is the best indicator of whether it is getting enough light to survive. Sometimes anemones just won't stay where you want them, and move to where they want to be. It may continue to move around the tank, or it may annoy you and keep moving to the front glass until you give up on moving it. It is also possible that it is moving to where the current is the strength that it wants to be at. If you continue to have a problem, perhaps changing the current flow direction might encourage it to set foot somewhere else.
