Sexing Fire Gobys or Eel Gobys

I have a pair and I'm just curious if someone had them breeding successfully?
One has 2 little spikes on the top,where the red part starts on the fin.The other fish doesn't have it,is just plain.

Also I'd like to know about breeding Eel Gobys.
