need advice on low-volume/4' head pump

I'm looking for a reliable (economic) pump to move water from my sump/refugium to the main tank above. I don't need much of a water floe rate. The tank and sump/refugium will have additional pumps. I'm thinking of a Mag5 or even using one of my old Fluvals with the media removed. Any advice and/or comments.

The mag5 would definitely work, but IMO is also overkill.

The fluval will probably not work, as it is not meant to pump water up, only from one end of a tank to another.

A good bet would be a maxijet powerhead, which is what i use for my refugium.

I just bought one of Dolphin's new DP line of pumps, fairly inexpensive and works great. Quiet as well.
