Good first report on new LFS in Fremont, CA

There is a new LFS in town called Family Pets, located off of Fremont Blvd near Grimmer (near Clover Leaf Bowl, for those familiar with the area). When I walked into their fish section, I nearly fainted! Theirs are the *cleanest* tanks I have seen anywhere! They were all immaculate. Not a single floater or spec of algae to be found. Corals and fish all looked vibrant and happy. Unfortunately, the proprietor caters mainly to freshwater. His selection of reef livestock is small, but very nice.
