Wher eTo Get A Clip On Fan??

I thought this would be simple! Looking for a clip on fan of some sort to attach to the back of my canopy to help with heat. No prob-go to Home Depot or othe hardware store and find something that will work. But noooo.......everybody looks at you like you are a fish face.

Anyone have an idea where I can get something like this? Thanks.

Have you checked with an office supply store like OfficeMax or Office Depot sometimes the warehouse has things the store doesn't and they can get one in a day or so. How about Wal Mart or K-Mart? From what I have heard they are already stocking lawnmowers for the spring so it is possible they have the fans also.

I have found them at Staples, Sears hardware, Target and Wall-Mart.

FWIW, I've found the clip-on variety to have a rather short lifespan (like less than 6-8 months before they start to get really LOUD).

I've found buying a computer fan from Radio Shack or other electronics store and attaching it to the hood with "L" brackets a more permament solution (and I'm not a "handy" person - if I can do it, anyone can).

I have 1 clip-on fan hanging in my canopy and it keeps the temp down even with my MH. I still havent turned on my chiller. Got it at Meijers. I have also seen them at Target before.
2 speeds and the back of the clip-on has an eye-hole cut in it to hand with a screw.

I have used them over my sumps for years without any problems. Take off the metal fan screen or it will rust.

Last year I tried a clip on from Kmart I think it was 5 inch. I ran it on a timer for 10 hours with one or two half hour breaks in the middle and I don't think it lasted more than 3 months

Monolith marine monsters has a 'clip-on' fan `$50.
I believe it's 4 fans in a clip and adjustable.

Two six inch walmart fans with plastic grills running for over a year now!!!

believe it or not clip on fans are seasonal at most stores. I had a frealy hard time finding one especialy one that was worth a flip.
