400W revolution, show me the light!

It seems to me that if you really want to be a playa, then 400w are the only way to go. Could any off you who have bought these lights give me web addresses of recomended models. Idealy i would like the lights to come as a package with Compact flourecents to provide the Atinic light. Preferably ones that can be dimmed to provide lunar simulation. Show me the light!

You can not "dim" MH or PC for that matter, The only lights I know that can be "dimmed" are VHO using an icecap ballast and a special dimmer.


I prefer the PFO product line.

You can dim power compacts and metal halide lamps. It's not very cost effective, however, unless you have the extra cash. The equipment to do so isn't manufactured by any of the hobbies OEM's.
