Cquarium has free shipping if you buy 4 corals - this is a limited time offer. I have had great success with their corals and fish

alot of stores are now offering "free" shipping. but i do like reeftopia in that they offer livestock that is unique to the FL (atlantic) waters. most online/physical stores get their stock from CA suppliers who get them from pacific island sources. Even my local reef stores(washington dc area) dont offer livestock from the atlantic. I've seen briareum on display at local stores, but they dont sell it. At reeftopia, i bought some briareum that was beautiful ....it completely encrusts a gorgonian skeleton (about 6" high) with 3 branches. this was only $16! im probably going to cut some off and rubber band it or glue to some rock. they also have ricordia and zoonanthus grandis. i wasnt too impressed with their zooanthus grandis, but it definately isnt something i see at the reef shops around here.
I don't believe there is such a thing as free shipping.
If they are offering free shipping they have to be making up for the cost in fish prices.
The shipping has to be paid for somehow. There is no way somebody who is in business is going to lose money and pay for shipping. Water is 8lbs/gallon.
I got 5 very nice sps corals from www.cquarium.com last week and it was free shipping, although I live about 2 hours from them. I got corals from cquarium before but never ship to my door before. I paid the same prices.
It sure saved me $$ on gas and not seeing my in laws
