Nitrate Supplement?

Hey Guys, anyone know of a nitrate supplement? My Nitrates are very low and my phosphate level is rising. Let me know, please.

Mix 2 tsp of the powder in 16oz DI water and start dosing slowly, test to find out your tank consumption.

Adding amino acid will raise nitrates. You may need more bio load like LR or media blocks. You can add GFO to control phosphate. Feeding more food will raise nitrates and phosphate.

How long have you been using this product as an KN03 in your tank? No worries whether it's food grade or not?

I've been using it for about 2 months, I read a lot of threads in different reef clubs websites about nitrate supplementing and they mention the Stump Remover.

I have a 60 gal grown out fuge so wondering if I dose sm amount the nitrate into fuge will it help push po4 down

No. Your fuge is likely consuming nitrate to phosphate at 4 to 1. Same thing in my tank. A 220 with 55 fuge, 30 gal sump, with ats. Nitrates barely readable, phosphates .04. Going on 14 mos without a water change.
I put in some bio balls about 6-7 mos ago to get some nitrates. Finally starting to show something on tests. Before that had 0 nitrates.

Interesting. I'm sorry if I missed lesson 1, but why do you guys want to increase NO3 from hobbyist test kit results of zero?
