Seaweed

Whats the best way to feed fresh seaweed to my fish?, first off is it safe ?,"Long Island Jones Beach" should I dry it out? Is there any special way to serve it? It seems like something my fish would like. Any Ideas?

Most fish won't eat Long Island Jones Beach seaweed but if you go to the inlet side of the barrier beaches at low tide you can fine stuff that looks like long hair algae. Many fish eat that. I have not found fish that eat sea lettuce or codium yet but I am still looking as we have tone of the stuff here.

Yes, it's safe. My water comes from there

Thanks, I was thinking of drying it first, I picked up a little lettuce or as you say codium. Cheers
