nothing it shows up on the bottom where it says apply refresh unresolve. i hit apply i hit refresh its there on the bottom and says active but doesnt work unless im using wifi on phone

Open a browser on your phone (not on WiFi, 3G/4G) to:

it says does not exist on phone browser I put exactly what you posted.How does this company sell a product that has problems with most of the features in its selling points . the e mail alert stoped after a week with that gmx crap the android app is garbage this thing is nothing but a expensive ph/temp prob right now.Sorry to be bothering you guys with this neptune should be online helping me.I read almost every damn page on the forum this had been going on since thurs.you e mail and they send me the same crap i been reading for the past week.

I know this doesn't help you now but supposedly when they come out with the Apex Fusion internet connection will be done much easier. Also if you go to the Neptune community forum you can get help much faster than on RC

the rc link was on the neptune community the neptune unoffical instructions all these point to the rc write up on a fios router.
