Can I feed corals prawn?

I was buying some frozen fish food and got a pack of frozen prawns for free. My frogspawns and zoas don't really eat mysis or brine and te clowns usually steal it from them when they try. My zoas are spreading so I'm not worried about them but I have yet to see growth from my frogspawn. Can I drop a prawn or two into the frogspawn?

i feed my frogspawn and hammer bits of shrimp.

Yes u can , I used to feed mine shrimp, just make sure u rinse it well

It's meant for SW fish and the pieces are small, should I wash them in FW?

Yes just tap water is fine but rinse it to get off any chemicals or what not from packaging/selling and pieces need to be really small.
