how to add pic in the icon area in the for sale thread?

how do you add pic in the icon area in the for sale thread?
for example, instead of a bronx or queens icon, replace that with the actual picture of item you're selling?

They are preset icons. that is a good idea though!!!! I THINK...

You def can! People do it all the time. Ive also wondered that. They generally make it a pic if what they are selling.

It'll utilize the first attachment picture as an icon. But in order to see it you have to be using the marketplace view http://www.manhattanreefs.com/marketplace

But I don't think that is what Tom was looking for. I agree with Tom. I use the "unread" post link. I only goto the marketplace link when I need to usually find a vendor forum.

You add an attachment to the first post of your thread in the Marketplace.

When you create a thread, at the bottom of the screen "Manage Attachments" and then submit the thread when you are done in there.
