Anastasoma longevity

Hi, I have a freshwater fish, an anastasoma, which is now over 16 years old. How long does this "nasty" fish live? He lives alone since he has always killed any other tank mate. He is now my oldest fish, he just outlasted a saltwater Humbug that made it past 15 years.

I think that is a very long time for a captive fish. Good job keeping them healthy. Post some pics.
