Is it marble? Safe to use in aquarium with black tetra and danios?

Need to find white pebbles that isn't going to cost me over 100. Preferably the white glass gem things you find in vases.

Marble is OK as far as toxicity to fish. You cannot confirm the rocks for sale on eBay are marble though.
