Foxface freaking out - Injured himself

My foxface has always been skittish even more since about a year ago she jumped out of the tank. Just about 20 min ago I was near the tank, the light went off and I heard some banging noise from the tank. I turned the light on and saw her digging in to the bottom corner of the tank between a rock and the glass. Once I turned the light on she stopped freaking out. Now the belly and sides are scraped up and she is breathing very heavy.

What should I keep an eye out for with the wounds?

Foxface and Rabbit fish are very skittish fish, turning the light on and off can cause them to freak out. I wouldn't worry too much about the scraps, as they will heal in time. How large in the tank and what other fish do you have in it?

75 gallon fowlr, a yellow tang, brittle starfish, and 2 coral banded shrimp.
