i need help,trying to raise clown fry

hi my 2 occelaris clowns laid eggs and i wanted to try and raised them,i know this first batch are not gonna make it out of time to get everything ready i been reading but is so dam confusing.i know they eat rotifers and i think phatoplantons .my question is this does the rodi has to be "live"and the platons also?or can i get away with the preserved that they sell in the lfs..if not Who got it live????thanks in advace :Hydrogen:
