blue damsel very fat

i have a blue damsel which became very very fat in the last few days and has a little white tube sticking out. its the only blue damsel in the tank it looks like its pregant but i dont know. do they cross breed or are they asexual. also the fish looks very healthy.

If it's a female blue devil it should be solid blue and probably is carrying eggs( mine looked like that very often)...the male has a yellow/orange vertical stripe on the tail...mine breed for me many times and after the male died the lil whore tried to breed with a little yellow tailed damsel....LOL
