The question here is have your flame angel picked at any lps clams or palys and how long have you had him/her?

Yes or no, please e as descriptive as possible on your answers
(yes i do know everyone fish are different just curious on majority of peoples success with these in a reef community)

i put a small one in the tank at the local gym which i maintain. it's a reef with mostly softies and just a single galaxia. he's been good so far. we'll see.

mine was really nasty to my 2 black and white clowns (who were very aggressive as far as clowns go), but didn't touch my corals for the few months it was in my tank. I've heard that with Flames (and all of the small angels, really) that it's hit or miss, and completely depends on their personality, as you mentioned above.

I bought my flame about 2 mnths ago and right off the bat, he ate 3 acan frags!!! Now I have only a 2 head frogspawn, several paly and zoa frags, shrooms, gsp and anthelia and the fish dosent touch anything. He is a great fish and swims all around the tank pickin on the rock. Im gonna try a small frag of aussie war coral and see if he goes after it. I hope he dosent, I love LPS but I also love the fish. Idk what to do, except setup another tank just for the fish:biglaugh:
