Damsel in disstress

I notices yesterday that my zebra faced damsel bell is enlarged. e other then a pariciteYesterday the fish was swimming normal however today it is under stress, swimmins like it has a paricite in it's boby. I added paricite treatment however it is a 4 week program and do not think the damzel is going to make it that long. Am i over reacting or is this problem something else other then a paricite? Amy feed back would be appreciated. I am new at this hobbie. Here is what the tank specs.

How long have you had the tank running what is the size of the tank and what is the water paremeters. Can you please send a picture. If it is bloating of the fish then it could be the swimmer bladder that is swolllen. Are there any other fish in the tank?
