Goby in my fuge how do I get him out

So my yellow watchmen goby that I bought last weekend who I haven't seen since just showed up in my fuge under some chaeto. I am really nervous and I am not really sure on how I should go about getting him out. I am afraid that if I try to net him out he will jump and theres not too many good places that he could jump. the Fuge is pretty small so a trap isn't going to work. What should I do? I put some food in there and he only comes out a little bit.

If the fuge is really small, can you drain most of the water and then scoop him out?

I would say cover with your hand or something else as you net him so he doesn't go into the wrong place

Take everything out of the fuge if it is small, then net him.

Thanks for all of the advice. I'm going to try to drain my sump and net him out so that there is less of a chance of him being able to jump.

I got him out! It was a bit nerve racking but I did it! He's in the tank and all safe. Now I just have to figure out a way to cover my overflow box.
