Hello Everybody,

I just recently... literally today... lost my Midas Blenny. I came home to my cleanup crew SERIOUSLY going at him and can't get him out.

I have had this fish for 8 months and he was maximum size. Wasn't your std. blenny it was a Persian one so the yellows didn't pop as much. I am trying to figure out if he died because I got an old one... or perhaps he had some type of disease?

He was always swimming around, but got lethargic about 2 days ago. He still ate except for yesterday when I noticed him perched on a rock only looking at the mysis floating around. Any thoughts? I do want another one but will probably mourn for a bit...
:sigh:

perhaps it was internal parasites? I got mine around the same time as you and it died recently as well. it started to have lesions and scratch itself against walls... also was emaciated. so yea... sorry about the loss
