Captive-bred gobies and pistols?

I am looking for a place either online or a local breeder that would be able to sell me a captive-bred (not wild caught - I'd like to try to not deplete the reefs as much as possible) mated pair of gobies (pinkbar, randall's, yashia, etc - any goby that forms mutual sybioses with pistol shrimp) and ideally have them already paired with a pistol shrimp. liveaquaria.com's Diver's Den has pairs just like this occasionally, but they are wild caught. If I can find some captive-bred, I'll go with that over the wild caught. Does anyone know of a place that does this?
