well ive had this pair since oct was my b-day present and i havent been able to get them to host anything they should, :irked: other then my zoa's , well i got a green carpet about a month ago and they still paid no attention, had a lta with them for 5 months as well, shroons, duncans and nothing, just the zoa's :irked: well finally came home from work today to find them in my carpet, femal wont share it hthough and makes the male rub on the outer edge's, wife just couldnt understand why i was so excited,

Congrats! Silly clownfishes. Ours refuse to go in either anemone that we have and are hosting the frogspawn. It is extremely frustrating, especially since they are a bit blotchy(I think from the coral not being happy with them and them getting stung--from what I've read)... I'm just hoping the anemone will let loose a big ol' dookie and the clowns will wake up. That is what it took the last time for our clowns to find the anemone... though that anemone made a light snack of those clowns. :*(

Thats cool. I started with four clowns and 3 died of fungus. When I finally got a BTA anemone the last clown hosted right away. I guess it was lonely and scared. That clown taught my new clownfish to go into the anemone. Now when I try to remove an anemone my large old clownfish bites me and actually holds on for a while. Good thing occellaris clowns don't have teeth like clarkis.
