sick sea horse

anyone know any remedies on how to cure this? the sea horse has had this spot for a little more than a week now, it looks like maybe an infection. still eats and acts normal.

Treat with Furan2 in a seperate QT tank if it is bacterial. It can be a small QT holding tank. Its hard to tell in the pic if it is bacterial. Can you describe the spot some more?

its white and looks like an open cut. maybe a little red in the center.
