What exactly is the question? The $50 price looks good assuming the $130 price wasn't inflated. Is your tank covered? Completely! What other fish do you have? Scott's fairy wrasses are quite aggressive toward some fish.

Especially if you are not ordering from their driver's den, because I have ordered a fish through them on the part of their website where you do not get to see the fish you are getting but just a picture of one. I ordered a male leopard wrasse and they sent me a female and when I called them and told them that I ordered a male and recieved a female they told me that they only had a female instock and the website was not updated and they would not give me a credit for the wrasse because they told me that I still recieved a fish even though it was not the one a wanted.

I also recieved a sick fish from them when I ordered from their driver's den area and I saw that the fish was sick in the bag and when I called them and told them, they told me it is impossible that I recieved a sick fish from them and that they don't send out sick fish and they would not pay for the 35 bucks in medication (that didn't work) and when the fish died it was a few days over the guarantee and they would not give a credit for the fish because I was 2 days over the guarantee even though they had on record that they sent me a sick fish.

That's highly usually. LA usually will give you a credit for a wrong fish, and even a wrong size too. They also let you keep the fish.

I don't know it happened to a lot of people I know, my friend had a more worse problem then me. He ordered a Koran Angel through them and when he received it there was a black spots all over the fish and when he called LA about the spots they told them to send them a very up close picture of the spots, so when he sent it to them they told him that the spots were nothing and the fish is perfectly healthy and when he put the fish in his tank after quarenteening the fish the black spots spread in his tank and killed all of his fish. The black spots turned out to be black ick. When he called them to complain and say something, the supervisor from LA told him that the black ick orginated in his QT tank and that it is not there fault and they will not give him any credit for the fish he recieved from them (LA) and they will not give him any type of store credit for the fish that died from the black ick even though the supervisor knew that my friend sent LA a picture of the black spots on the fish and told him that they were nothing.

You friend probably should have complained to customer service about the issue, even showing them the photo. I think it tough to prove that one fish killed all of your fish, so I wouldn't expect LA to reimburse you for all your loses, just the one fish you brought from them.

More important if your friend thought that the fish had something he should never had placed it into the tank until it was completely healthy.

Live aquaria

That is odd, never had a problem with them, and they have the best customer service I have had the pleasure to deal with.

I prefer to buy from our MR vendors, but they do have nice livestock and sales.

I call BS

I dont know, there was a big thing about live aquaria on the fish forum.

There is not "a big thing" about LA . They do however have a wonderful reputation , and I have ordered at least 20 times from them and even when i had a sick fish arrive they quickly processed a full refund. You and your friend are either the rare exception to the rule or are full of it.

does anybody know of the mysterious black spot disease he is referring to?
