You would really do better with out it but it would be fine, you should add a refuge/sump so that your not as worried about overstocking

It depends on several factors:

What kind of filtration are you using?
What kind of corals do you ultimately want to keep?

If you have good filtration and aren't planning to keep any demanding corals, then there is no reason why you couldn't add at least one more fish. Just monitor your levels carefully to make sure you aren't overloading your system. Something small, like another small goby, a small blenny, or other nano fish would be good. You'll only get yelled at if you tell us you've decided to keep something wildly inappropriate for your tank size. :) Promise.

So far, it looks like you have some a very responsible job.

Ya wrasses are quite active and he might be happy in that tank and also the activity is more of a bioload, try something mellow like a cardinal(not a wild caught banggai:fishhit:)

someone did ask this earlier but again
What filtration do you have?
What are your levels?
How often do you do water changes, test, clean filters? If you add fish you may need to do it more often, are you prepared to do this?
Are you planning on an upgrade?
Are you willing to give your first born over to the devil for "the ultimate aquarium"?
