Clownfish Types?

i read that the true percola is much harder to care for than the ocellaris clownfish. is this true, and what does this mean?

Where did you read that? What was your sources reasoning?

I believe its in reference to the ocellaris that are captive breed and the True perculas are/were mostly wild caught. So the tank breed clowns have a better survial rate. But I'm no expert just my thoughts.

In general most sources state ocelaris to be hardier than perculas. I find them both to be very hardy but petland stocks mostly ocellaris so it's probably true that ocelaris are hardier.
