MYSTERY WRASSE finally

just got a mystery wrasse. pretty good deal at 140$ i think. also got a scotts fairy wrsse for a real good deal . reef fantasy on staten has a ouple more of each plus some real cute flame fairys. thought id give them a shout for hooking me up. anyway i put the mystery in and my secretive picked on him a little. will they get along? if not, whats the easiest way to kill my secretive?:letitallo

Nice fish, but this is potentially a very bad combo with your "secretive" wrasse P. evanidus. They are closely related species of Pseudochelinus that both can get quite testy. Good luck. BTW, mystery wrasses like to carpet surf too.

gryknyr- yea they got a huge delivery from hawaii i think. i go there all the time cuz my fav pizza is right there, joe n pats. if you dont know now u know. store def still needs some more stuff like corals but this is a big improvement

I think it'll be the other way around
The P. evanidus was the bully when I "once" had a wrasse only tank :sad2:

I also at one time made the mistake of introducing a $200 mystery into a tank that housed a six-line. The $15 six-line killed the $200 mystery in one day. :banghead:

yea i see this happening. the secretive is much bigger and has home turf adantage

Try to get that secretive out with a trap. IME they are very aggressive to members of its kind.
