brine shrimp should never be used as a primary food. the phyto will have no effect on the fish.
try cyclopeeze and mysis, and try feeding them at least 3 times a day. carberryi are not an easy anthias to keep, compared to say squamis or bartletts.

My anthias (though a different species) eat anything now, but they started on mysis and cyclopeze. Try to wean them onto a varied diet and away from the brine, as soon as you can.

While I agree with the folks above who've suggested you get away from the brine shrimp and feed a more nutritional mix, I think your original question was asking if there could be something wrong with the one skinny fish..since the other 2 are nice and plump.

Perhaps. How long have you had the fish?
Since it isn't a good idea to treat something you cannot identify, for now your best best would be to improve the food you are feeding and first soak the food in Garlic (there are a few brands available at the LFS for this) and also soaking it in vitamins (like Selcon).
As long at the fish has been hanging in there for awhile in this condition IMO trying this approach won't hurt. If she's been actively losing weight, you'll want to get her into a QT to treat her more aggressively.

Anthias are planktonic feeders so the cyclopeeze should trigger a feeding response unless something else is wrong. Mysis is also great but a little garlic may help. Also, brine shrimp (as already stated) is a useless food unless you either feed within the first 8 hours of life or you are feeding it live to trigger feeding responses. It's ok as a treat but it has the nutritional value of a potato chip.

I am not an expert, but logic dictates that if they all eats the same, but one is skinny, I would say she may have internal parasites that is causing her to loose weight. Garlic juice is a known parasite controller. It maybe beneficial to you to feed them food soaked in garlic juice first. The garlic juice will not hurt your fish in anyway.

You may also want to wean them to a more nutritionally balanced food such as new life spectrum pellets. I think it is difficult for them to get balanced nutrition on just brine. Brine shrimp has very low nutritional value.

Good luck.
Post some pics of the fishes.

i bought the cyclo and i tried garlic extract.the only prob with garlic is it makes my skimmer crazy.it always overflows when i use it.i have to wait like 3 hrs for the balance of chemicals in the extract to cycle through.other than that i will monitor her closely
