I've had my Black Dog Face puffer for almost two years now. Since I've had him his teeth grew to the point where he couldn't open his mouth; I always feed him hard shell food but sometimes declined to eat them (likes soft food better). The problem needed to be corrected, so I went online on wetwebmedia.com and found this article:http://www.wetwebmedia.com/ca/volume_2/cav2i1/puffer_dentistry/puffer2.htm .
I went to Home Depot and bought myself a brand new Dremel drill (bought a ceramic bit as well). I then went to the local pharmacy and bought a little bottle of Clove Oil; came home and with the help of my wife, I followed the steps given on that wetwebmedia article and my puffer now has his great smile back
