OK, so I wanted a dogface puffer to live with my cowfish, but I was always worried about the puffer being aggessive to my cowfish (causing it to nuke). I found and bought a small puffer, which is about 1/2 inch smaller than my cowfish.

I come home tonight, and my cowfish is picking on my puffer, bad. I've never heard of a cowfish picking on anything. I find this irksome.

Yup. I dont know if the cowfish can actually hurt him, but I'm totally shocked at the aggression. In the interest of full disclosure, I came home and they were sleeping on some macro algae, one on top of the other, which my fiance thought was the most adorable thing she had ever seen. When we turned on the lights they woke up, and the cowfish started nipping at the puffer like there was no tomorrow. Now I happen to be drunk, but I am still amazed that I am seeing a mean cowfish. Didnt know there was such a thing.
