Very nice. I am curious how big they are and what you're feeding?

So no shots at prepared foods yet? Are you ever going to try?

i have tried feeding them silver sides and they seem uninterested. i have also tried using a string with the silver sides tied to it to give it action and they still don't even bother...

i just keep a 20 gallon feeder tank running in the garage with 500 ghost shrimp :)

How are you keeping the ghost shrimp from eating eachother? Are you just feeding them cyclopeeze to keep them going? I have a very large seahorse tank in mind and the only obstacle so far is feeding. The tank is plenty large to keep a population of food going in it, however a sperate, small tank with a large feeder population would be ideal as well.

well i just purchase a box of 500 ghost shrimp a month for 19.00 and use it to feed all my fish (mainly as a treat).they do kill each other (not many though) but the dead ones are consumed by my triggers/ and wrasses.

i feed them the cyclopeeze so that when my fish eat them they get some sort of nutritional value.

i would suggest setting up a 10 gallon tank and just buying a large number of ghost shrimp and keep them alive (they surprisingly will live for months and months)

Ah I see, I thought you had a self sustaining population of feeders.

Where are you buying 500 for $19?
