I have been getting this wrasse in Southern Qld waters and from a few days after putting them in a system they swimming in circles disoreinated and lying upside down and passing away This only occurs at certain times of the year mainly in the summer months There are other delicate fish in the system that are not affected There are no noticeable syptoms other than those mentioned The sytem is 5000 litres and very stable
Any thoughts people may have welcome

The Choats wrasse are famous for being infected with gill worms. I believe Baensch makes mention of it in his marine atlas as well. Could be part of the problem.
