I have owned this wrasse for a week and have been having trouble finding out more information on him. The only things I have found are that he may eat live crustaceans, shrimp and is iffy at nipping on corals. He does not nip on my corals and I was wondering if any of you guys or gals out there have any experience with this wrasse and if so, were you able to successfully keep this wrasse without any problems? Thank you very much and he is in a softy tank

They are reef safe as far as corals but they will consume shrimp, crabs, urchins, nudibranches, snails, bristleworms, etc (which basically negates your cleanup crew).

They are safe for coral, but not the clams, shrimps, crabs, urchins, and etc. They consume most movable inverts and including smaller fishes.

Do not house it with the slow swimmer or the much smaller fish, should kept them them more aggrassive or bigger tankmate.
