I first saw naked clownfish at MACNA in September, '05, in ORA's display tank. I swear, I was walking by and I nearly got whiplash from the doubletake! Unfortunately, by Friday morning I think the nakeds and the picasso (really cool misbarred clowns) had jumped out of the tank and died (it was one of those rimless tanks that flows over the edge into the sump, and the clowns just popped right over the edge onto the linoleum, poor guys). Anyway, when my local place got some in, I POUNCED. Now this one is living in my 11-gallon nano until he's bigger.
It was barter deal, I did the design and layout for his last flyer in exchange for the fishie and a few other things. Next time I'm there I'll ask him what they retail for.
Bob has two stores in Connecticut. His online store isn't up and running yet, but will be soon. At his Exotic Fish and Coral Warehouse, also in Milford, CT, he had a tank full of 'em! Drop him an email (link is on the contacts page on his site, above) and he'll let you know how to order them from him.
