ozone to help cycle uncured rock??

I am just starting a new 75 and plan to use fresh Tonga branch and some Tonga lalo i would like any input about using ozone say 75 mil for a 75 actual gallon system in my skimmer what should i look for in case of a problem i don't have a redox meter or controller just a residual ozone test kit Mark
