mixing bamboo / snow eel

Guys heres an question my daughter would like askes she has a 18" Snow Flake eel an has ben hand feeding him. she just bought a SHARK EGG . I guess it will hatch in a few weeks. question is when the shark hatches WILL the eel attack the shark . the shark will only be about 6-8" long when hatched. any concern an help I can pass onto her. :?:

Yes.

And not only that, but the shark is going to be difficult at best to grow (for someone unfamiliar with them). There is MUCH to know about rearing sharks. I hope her tank is at least filled with NO crushed coral and sugar-fine sand ONLY. That's a start.
