i have a new purple firefish that i purchased about 3 weeks ago......
Today is the first time i actually had a decent look at him ...
When i first put him in he swam under a rock and never saw him again till now..i though he was gone for sure (((i have a 30 cube.
He looks to be in good health, today i have watched him eat some pellets, flake, and some mysis, which i imagine he has been doing all along.
so the problem is that on one side the gill plate is swollen. it looks like a bubble the size of the whole gill plate. thinking a swim bladder but i think they are inside the body.. i cant tell if it is normal, if it is swimming normal or what.. but he is eating good and swimming out in the open.. any need for concern not that i can do much
btw tank is 30 cube SPS with 2clowns and mandarin , tank in great health
