Wierd looking thing...

Someone on another forum found this fish in the northern atlantic, near canada. They couldnt ID it and he said noone hes asked has seen anything like it, so i want to see if there is any luck here..

Some sort of a pipefish?

Pipefish are more straight and have that kind of longer beak.
