Hi Everyone. First time thread poster. Please bear with me.
I have had a maroon clown for more than 4 years now. It is living in a 75 gallon tank with 20 gal refugium and 10 gallon sump. The tank mates are:
yellow tank
blue tang
6 line wrass
Got the blue tang 2 months ago, and it and the clown got ick. Seemed to clear up on its own after a few days. The fish were all looking healthy and happy eating normally and no visible aggression.
Just noticed today that the clown's pectorla fin is deteriorating. Its translucent boned are poking out and the skin is turning white and seems to be sloughing off. I will try and upload a video or photo.
It seems too large of a wound to be aggression. Any ideas?
