Current Stocking List - Looking for Insight

Hello.

I recently purchased a complete 120g set up. It came with the following fish (listed below). I'd like to get some advice on teaming, qty of fish for 120g, and future additions.

5 Chromis
1 6 Line Wrasse
1 Yellow Tail Damselfish
2 PJ Cardinal
1 Scissortail Dartfish
1 Naso Tang
1 Yellow Tang
1 Urchin
1 Red Starfish

With the exception of the Naso and Yellow Tang everyone is in the tank and getting along swimmingly. The Yellow Tail has a slight bullying problem but the only ones it seems to affect are the PJ Cardinals.

I guess the first question should be, how many fish can a 120g tank safely accommodate? Mix-use set up.

Teaming Questions:

1. Would the Wrasse and Dartfish be happier with a partner and does the partner need to be the same type? ie Six line with Six line
2. Would the PJ Cardinals be happier in a larger school, lets say 5? Would they fend better against the bullying?

Future Additions:

I would like to add the following fish. If anyone sees anything blatantly out of whack please let me know. Also, please let me know if any of the following would be happier with a mate.

2 Clowns
1 Sailfin Tang
1 Mandarin
1 Blue Hippo Tang

Looks like you got a random group of stuff there. The cardinal and chromis are gentle. Many think cardinals are schooling fish, but my experience with bangaii cardinals is that they are not. Males to not tolerate other males and will chase them out of their territory, and they are so hard to sex, so how can anyone buy just females?
The dartfish is nervous, will probably jump out (I believe they are schooling fish also, I've never kept them, but I have had firefish which are similar in behavior to the cardinals I just described you may start with a school of ten, but in the end, it's just the one male and however many females left) .
The wrasse and damsel are hardy and tough as nails. I don't think you can get another wrasse, since they are territorial, but you can have as many damels as you want.
Everybody has tangs.
The mandarin will be almost impossible to feed in a brand new tank.

You can keep as many fish as you want, just remember the water gets dirtier faster and requires more work to keep clean. If you had a 2 foot shark eating a 1/2 lbs of food a week, you'll probaby need to do 25% waterchanges weekly.
On the other hand, if you just have 1 damsel, and sunlight, you never have to feed or clean it, just add water for evaporation.
