Whats your feeding schedule?

I finally got my upgraded tank up and running. Since I now have more fish, both herbivores and omnivores I was wondering what people feeding schedule is. What kind of food do you feed your fish, type and brand name.
This is what I feed:

Every day i give them Ocean Nutrition marine flakes as a first feeding.
Every other day i give them frozen brine shrimps as a second feeding. I used to add Selcon to the brine shrimp, but I ran out and haven't bought a new one.
When I don't feed them brine shrimp on the second feeding i feed them krill pellets.
I got a few sample of New Era food, and the fish love it so I might switch to that after Ocean Nutrition flakes are over.

Here is the list of food I have:
Instant Ocean Cyklop-eeze gel
Instant Ocean Marine Chips
Cobalt Brine Shrimp flakes
Ocean Nutrition formula 1 pellet
Ocean Nutrition formula 2 pellet
Hikari freeze dried brine shrimp
Hikari Frozen brine shrimp
Hikari Frozen Mysis shrimp
Frozen Marine cuisine (don't like it and rarely used)
Selcon (for frozen food and freeze dried)
Zoe (didn't use yet)

I used to feed my fish every day and sometimes 2x/day. The algae build up was too fast and I cleaned my glass every day. I went on vacation for 3 weeks and left a schedule for my daughter to feed the fish every 2 or every 3 days. They were perfectly healthy. The tank was surprisingly clean after those 3 weeks, considering my daughter didn't clean the tank at all. So now I feed my fish Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. I switch food and sometimes I give them 2 different food the same day.

I feed:
Ocean Nutrition F1 & F2
Frozen Brine
Frozen Mysis Cube
Frozen Cyclopeeze Cube
Nori sheets

I switch it up every day. I usually feed every day but sometimes I skip a day to make it more random. I have to clean the glass every 2-3 days though. But, my fish are happy.

I just got Vita-Chem so I experimented with that last night when I fed frozen mysis I thawed it in tank water in a brine shrimp net and squirted some on there. Smells weird and is yellow in color. Hope this helps with the fishes nutrition.
