Diamond tail Flasher wrasse

I was lucky enough to score one of these guys yesterday, mine looks like a initial phase male or somewhere near there. I can't find much info on these guys, has anyone on here had one or any experience with them?

Thanks Albano I saw that thread, if I'm not mistaken I believe Marvin lost his awhile ago. I could be wrong though.
