My two watchman gobies stay always together

I have had these two guys for a year now. They are always together in their burrow. Are gobies like clownfish in the sense that one of them will change sex? Is there anyway of telling the sexes? Do watchman goby spawn in captivity?

From reading on the web, it seems that it's pretty easy to pair them, the female is bigger and it's a little greyish, the male is smaller and yellow. My fish fit the description, I believe they are about a year old, so maybe they can spawn.but I would need really really tiny food, the larvae supposedly are smaller then clownfish larvae.
we'll see what happens.
