I am very happy with these new guys. I love the distinct orange and black division on the female....

very nice. You got one of my favorites - the ones with the broken head band, that Dom calls Gladiator Clowns.

I love the female - very unique and I like them a lot with the strong contrast.


Will be a nice addition to my tank.

And the male has a nice progression from black to orange....cant tell that well from the video that is not so great quality.

I have heard of the c-quest "designer" clownfish called gladiators before which are like the SA fancy whites but not with your fish until now. So I have two kinds of gladiators now

These fish will get more black over time, and the contrast looks even better. They are only about 9 months old and still young.

There is a couple of threads here on MR with pictures of the parents, and pictures from previous pairs.

I think Dom just calls them Gladiators because they look like they have a helmet and sideburns.
