Christmas tree wrass quarantine ?

I am about to pick up my christmas tree wrass tomorrow and have my quarantine tank just about set up.
I was just wondering if I should provide some substrate because I know they like to go in the sand. Or would PVC pipes be enough.

probably best to have sand, even if it's just a plastic container full....I think most people/sources call it a Christmas Wrasse.
