Well.. It's time for me to get out of the Reefing side of the Hobby and focus more on the fish-only (with live rock) part.

Right now I have a small stars and stripes puffer in QT and am almost ready to order a small false personifer angel. I'm very excited about these fish, especially because of my growing fascination (obsession? :lol2: ) with marine angels.

Who else has a FOWLR setup they'd like to share?
What are your favorite FOWLR fish?

I'm not sure man. Just starred to get sick and then bye bye. I lost a emperor and a blues face 5+ inches each when I put them in my 150 from my 75. Might be some new additions I tried that got em sick but I NEVER have luck with them and powder blues. I have a regal angel in my 75 reef for past 3 months eats anything I feed

After my experiences, I will not put a large angel in a tank smaller than 300g. They just get too big too fast IMO.

My current kinda-FOWLR is a 180 with a tassled filefish, orange spot filefish, black velvet angel, pygmy angel, anthias (carberryi and squampinnis), copperband, irridescent wrasse and a camel-back cowfish. It started out as a FOWLR, but then I began throwing soft corals in just to see what would happen. None of the fish bother the corals and the tank is slowly turning into a softy reef.

Nice sunny! I bet you'll be able to create quite the tank.

Awilda thats a nice list. Do you have a current FOWLR?

Not anymore Eric!:happysad: The 3 tanks got to be a little to much for me to maintain. Very sad to let go of the fowlr!!! But my life is much easier with just the one large tank.
Thanks, those were the fish I always had when I had the fowlr. Both times.;)

You can get an Angel as long as you go for the smaller ones; say about 10".;)
